Accessibility

Everyone in Bramblewood should be able to use this website — including neighbours using screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.

What we’ve built in

One heading structure per page, descriptive alt text on every image, labelled form fields with inline error messages, visible focus states, skip-to-content links, and layouts that reflow without sideways scrolling down to small phones. Animations respect your reduced-motion settings.

Known limits

Some historic photographs supplied by residents carry short descriptions only. If you need any content in another format — large print, plain text, or read aloud — just ask and we will provide it.
