The Bramblewood Civic Society (“we”) keeps as little personal data as possible — and only what we need to run a neighbourhood organisation.

What we collect

Membership signups: your name, address, email and phone number. Donation pledges and contact messages: whatever you choose to send us. Newsletter signups: your email address. We do not collect payment details on this website.

How we use it

To administer membership, reply to your messages, send the weekly newsletter you asked for, and organise events. We never sell personal data, and we never share it with third parties except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Membership records are kept while you are a member and for one year afterwards. Contact messages are deleted after twelve months. Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and your address is removed immediately.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at hello@bramblewoodcivic.org and we will respond within 30 days.
